Form-A-Drain Plus is an innovative 3-in-1 foundation solution designed to streamline basement construction. It forms the footings, provides an integrated foundation drainage system, and can be easily adapted for radon collection and venting where required.
Designed specifically for basement applications, Form-A-Drain Plus uses linear sections that are installed as the foundation footing forms. Unlike traditional wood forms that must be removed after the concrete is poured, Form-A-Drain Plus remains permanently in place.
Once installed, the system creates a continuous sub-slab perimeter loop around the foundation, allowing it to serve as both an effective foundation drainage system and radon collection system.
