Amvic’s combination of molding expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation, one of the highest performing energy efficient insulation materials available today, with a High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) film, makes for a strong and resilient Ampex panel. The panel combines rigid insulation, a vapor barrier and PEX tubing locking mechanism into a single solution that significantly reduces installation time.

BOW’s OXYPERT™ tubing is designed specifically for hydronic heating and hydronic radiant closed loop heating applications. OXYPERT™ tubing can also be used in snow melting applications. This tubing has an oxygen outer barrier liner which makes it ideal for hydronic and radiant floor heating applications. The function of the outer liner is to limit the oxygen permeation rate through the tubing wall in accordance with DIN 4726 which helps protect ferrous elements in the system from corrosion.

OXYPERT™ tubing is made to CTS (Copper Tube Size) outside dimensions and an SDR (Standard Dimension Ratio) of 9 and is available in nominal sizes 1/2″ and 3/4″. It is available in coils up to 1,000 feet which are foot marked. OXYPERT™ tubing is not rated for potable water distribution.

Isolofoam’s Isorad V2 Rigid Radiant Heating Floor Insulation Panels combine the insulation performance of an expanded polystyrene board with a multidirectional tube-retention system, ISORAD V2 provides the perfect solution for under slab insulation when embedding a radiant heating system in concrete. It can also be used for terrace and exterior slabs/ sidewalks/ parking lots to accelerate melting of ice and snow.

Nudura HYDROFOAM Radiant Heat Insulation Panels are a molded insulation board with a multi-directional anchoring design for radiant heat systems. It is a 2-in1 product designed to insulate under concrete slabs and offers efficient installation of radiant heat tubing. It is overlapped and interlocked on all four sides, allowing for faster installation times and a secure fit.

The SR.HydroPex panels manufactured by StyroRail are hydronic radiant heat flooring insulation panels made of expanded polystyrene [EPS] rigid insulation.

SR.Hydropex panels serve as an insulating material that offers support to fix water or glycol radiant heat floor pipes. Install 200 series prior to the pouring of finished concrete of basement slabs and residential garages; 300 to 600 series for commercial, industrial and agricultural concrete slabs.

RadiantPERT is 5-layer tubing used for radiant heating, cooling, snow melting, and distribution piping. RadiantPERT offers high strength, high temperature resistance, and long life without cross-linking. It is the strongest flexible pipe on the market today when compared to alternative materials. RadiantPERT offers the greatest range of fitting flexibility as it can be used with ASTM F1960 Cold Expansion, CinchClamps, CrimpRings, and Compression fittings.

RadiantPERT is manufactured with a DIN Standard barrier that makes it easier to pull through joists, reduces expansion noise, protects the oxygen barrier against moisture and job-site abuse. It is certified to ASTM F2623 for PE-RT SDR Tubing and carries a 30-year warranty for residential and commercial heating and snow melting applications.
